Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with NeevBiz services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Kolkata, West Bengal.
Services
NeevBiz provides government tender consulting, due diligence, bid management, and contract processing services. The scope and terms of specific engagements are agreed upon individually through direct communication and formal engagement letters where applicable.
No Guarantee of Results
Government tender outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, including government evaluation criteria, competing bids, and policy decisions. We do not guarantee that you will win any tender. Our commitment is to provide thorough, compliant, and competitive bid preparation.
Ethical Conduct
NeevBiz operates strictly within legal and ethical boundaries. We do not engage in or facilitate bribery, corruption, or any illegal activity. Clients who request such services will be immediately refused and the engagement terminated.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We expect the same professional courtesy regarding our proprietary processes, partner relationships, and fee structures.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and documents. Any false or misleading information may result in bid rejection or legal consequences for which NeevBiz bears no liability. Clients must also ensure they meet eligibility criteria for tenders they wish to pursue.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed upon before the commencement of services and confirmed in writing. All fees are non refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise specified. Additional government fees, EMDs, and other tender costs are the responsibility of the client.
Limitation of Liability
NeevBiz provides consulting and coordination services. We are not liable for decisions made by government bodies, competing bidders, or other parties beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall first be addressed through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration in Kolkata under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of India.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes. Material changes will be communicated to active clients.
